£15.00 - £24.99 delivery fee = £2.99

£25.00 - £49.99 delivery fee = £3.99

£50.00 and over the delivery is free

Allow 3-5 working days for delivery.  Order despatched next working day, if the order is received on a Friday the order will be dispatched on the following Monday.  If the order is received brfore 12 noon on a Friday we shall endeavour to dispatch it the same day.

Special Delivery Next Day: by 5pm Royal Mail/Parcel force £7.50 per order.

Next day delivery guarantee, before 5pm Mon-Fri       Sat delivery not guaranteed.

Orders must be received by 1p.m.

You will need to collect from post office, if no-one is available at the delivery address.

Covers most UK mainland.  Scottish Islands,Channel Islands not guaranteed next day.

Outside of the UK is considerd as International       5-7 days        from £6.99

ORDERING

Monday-Friday deliveries only £4.00

All our balloon gifts are sent by Royal Mail Uk only on a next day delivery Monday-Friday.  We can not guarantee Saturday delivery.  Please place your order by 3p.m. for delivery on the next working day.  We can not guarantee any orders placed later than this time stated.  For Monday delivery orders must be placed by 3p.m. Friday.  Delivery is made by 1p.m. on the delivery date.  There are no deliveries on Bank Holidays.

SHIPPING

All deliveries require a signature, where Royal Mail have attempted to deliver and if no-one is present at the address to sign for the package, a card will be left notifying of the attempt.

DAMAGED OR LOST

Should your balloon arrive in a damaged condition or lost, we will either refund your full payment or dispatch another balloon to the same value.

All refunds are given at our discretion and each case will be looked at individually. 

Please report lost or damaged balloons within 7 days of delivery date to be eligible for a refund.

For late delivery by Royal Mail due to incidents beyond our control, we may only offer a refund of the postage incurred for the delivery of your balloon.
