• Are you going to hire a limo for the night and paint the town in style. This can get you the red carpet treatment at many venues.
• If you let a nightclub know in advance will they give you a bottle of bubbly and reserve table(s) for you?
• If you arranging a pool for the drinks who is going to look after the money and how are you going to run it.
• Who has got the mobile phones and are the fully charged.
• Have you arranged a taxi before hand to take everyone home or do you have a friend who will act as the taxi service. Make sure everyone knows where and when too meet.
