Delivery details for the Balloon in a BoxORDERINGMonday-Friday deliveries only £4.00 All our balloon gifts are sent by Royal Mail Uk only on a next day delivery Monday-Friday. We can not guarantee Saturday delivery. Please place your order by 3p.m. for delivery on the next working day. We can not guarantee any orders placed later than this time stated. For Monday delivery orders must be placed by 3p.m. Friday. Delivery is made by 1p.m. on the delivery date. There are no deliveries on Bank Holidays. SHIPPINGAll deliveries require a signature, where Royal Mail have attempted to deliver and if no-one is present at the address to sign for the package, a card will be left notifying of the attempt. DAMAGED OR LOSTShould your balloon arrive in a damaged condition or lost, we will either refund your full payment or dispatch another balloon to the same value. All refunds are given at our discretion and each case will be looked at individually. Please report lost or damaged balloons within 7 days of delivery date to be eligible for a refund. For late delivery by Royal Mail due to incidents beyond our control, we may only offer a refund of the postage incurred for the delivery of your balloon.
